The Witcher and The Witcher 2 received support for Apple M1 and M2 processors

CD Projekt RED announced that The Witcher and The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings have received native support for Apple Silicon M1 and M2 chips — owners of project copies on Steam, GOG and the App Store can already download the updates.

In addition, the games have been adapted for macOS Ventura, while older versions of the Apple operating system are no longer compatible with the titles. To run both parts of The Witcher, you will need at least macOS 11.0.

Despite the fact that older iOS devices have fairly high performance, the company did not comment on the possibility of projects appearing on the iPhone and iPad.
