The Witcher 3 gets REDkit mod editor

CD Projekt RED has released a mod editor for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The tool named REDkit, which received a separate trailer describing its capabilities, is available in main PC stores: Steam, GOG and EGS.

With REDkit, players will be able to add objects, change locations and scenes. The game itself has received an update with support for the Steam Workshop, thanks to which users can easily download modifications for the project and upload their own.

To make REDkit easier to use, the studio will publish tutorials about the tool’s capabilities. The first video will teach you how to properly install mods for The Witcher 3.
