The Resident Evil 9 page has already appeared on the Metacritic aggregator — despite this, Capcom has not officially presented a game.

The game page contains only information about the platforms on which the project will appear: according to the specified data, Resident Evil 9 will be available in versions for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. There is no information about the PC version yet, but horror, like other parts of the series, will appear on computers.

According to insiders, Capcom is going to present Resident Evil 9 before the end of the year: probably, the page on Metacritic is a harbinger of an imminent announcement. The ninth part should complete the trilogy about the Winters family, and Leon Kennedy should appear in it from the regular heroes of the franchise.
