Russian technical center «ROSA» is working on a portable gaming PC
«Izvestia», citing unnamed sources, reported that the scientific and technical center for information technologies «ROSA» is developing a portable gaming PC. The device will run on the ROSA Fresh operating system based on Linux.
ROSA has not yet decided on the hardware of the device: the scientific center is working in parallel on two versions of the PC — on ARM and x86 architectures. The gaming PC is conceived as a competitor to popular devices from foreign companies like ASUS Rog Ally or Steam Deck.
The estimated release date and price of the gaming PC are still unknown. According to «Izvestia», «ROSA» refused to comment rumor.
