Rumor: Take-Two is going to announce a new Mafia in near future

An insider named Kurakasis, who made several reliable predictions (Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra), announced Take-Two’s plans to announce a new part of Mafia: this could happen in the next three to four weeks.

Hanger 13 studio stated about new Mafia game development two years ago, but since then there have been no official details about the game. According to leaks, the project will be a prequel to the entire series, and it will take place between the 19th and 20th centuries. The action is being developed on Unreal Engine 5.

Take-Two and Hangar 13 have not officially commented on the rumor. Probably, the new Mafia could be announced as part of one of the summer game shows — for example, at the Summer Game Fest.
