Rumor: Resident Evil IX will be released in the 2025

A slide has appeared in the web allegedly showing the release dates of Capcom projects — both already released and upcoming ones.

For example, Dragon’s Dogma II will get a DLC: an addition called The Dragon Princess will be released on November 29 this year.

In March 2025, Capcom plans to release Monster Hunter Wilds — the project will likely become one of the launch titles for Nintendo Switch 2. Resident Evil IX will be released in October of the same year, and in 2026 the publisher will release two major games: Monster Hunter Wilds: Cataclysm and Pragmata.

It is difficult to judge the reliability of the leak: probably, some conclusions can be drawn after the announcement of the DLC for the sequel to Dragon’s Dogma.
