Rumor: Gears of War Collection will be released this summer on all platforms without PvP modes

A new wave of rumors regarding the Gears of War Collection has appeared in web. Thus, insider Detective Seeds claims that the release of the collection should take place in August, and not only on Microsoft platforms, but also on PS5 — allegedly, files from the games have already been uploaded to the PS Store backend. In addition, all games should receive improvements for PS5 Pro.

Detective Seeds also stated that all games from the collection will lose PvP modes — shooters will only be supplied with co-op for story campaigns. The insider did not explain why this decision was made.

According to another insider eXtas1s, the announcement of Gears of War Collection should take place in June at the Xbox presentation.
