Rumor: Blizzard has begun talks on developing a new StarCraft

South Korean media reports that Blizzard has begun talks on developing a new game in the StarCraft franchise — local companies are vying for participation in the project.

It is not yet known what genre the project is planned to be in, but according to rumors, Blizzard does not have any genre requirements. It is known that along with the contract for developing a new StarCraft, the successful candidate will receive the rights to distribute the mobile Overwatch in South Korea and Japan (the game is still in development).
