Rocksteady studio has undergone layoffs

The media reports that Rocksteady (Suicide Squad) studio has undergone layoffs. This is not the first wave of layoffs at the company in recent times, but if previously testers left the studio, now the layoffs have affected developers as well.

According to Eurogamer, as a result of the new round of layoffs, several programmers and artists were fired from the company, and the testing department was further reduced. As before, the layoffs are related to the unsatisfactory performance of Suicide Squad, which did not gain popularity among players.

Warner Bros. has not yet commented on the layoffs, but apparently, the owner of the studio does not plan to completely close Rocksteady.
