Respawn is working on a project in the Titanfall universe

Jeff Grubb shared rumors about a new project from Respawn studio: insider claims that the developers are working on a new project in the Titanfall universe. However, according to the journalist’s sources, this is not the third part of the series.

According to Grubb, the unnamed project could be a spin-off of the series; whether it will have online elements is still unknown. Steve Fukuda is involved in the development of the title — in the past he acted as the game director of the first two parts of Titanfall.

Previously, EA canceled the Star Wars shooter being developed at Respawn. There were rumors about the cancellation of a certain project in the Titanfall universe, but perhaps this information concerned another project in the franchise.
