Resident Evil 7 released on Apple devices

Capcom has released Resident Evil 7 on Apple devices: the project is available on the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max, as well as on iPad and Mac with M1 chips and newer.

As with the previous parts of Resident Evil, the game has a trial version (11 gigabytes in App Store). According to the first reviews, Resident Evil 7 works much better on Apple chips than Resident Evil Village and the remake of Resident Evil 4: the game maintains a stable 30 frames in the “Quality” mode and provides 60 FPS in the “Balance” preset.

Earlier, Capcom announced that it was porting the remake of Resident Evil 2 to iOS and macOS, but the release date of the project has not yet been disclosed.
