Resident Evil 6 received an age rating for Xbox Series — Capcom may be preparing a re-release of the horror

The ESRB agency website has published an age rating for Resident Evil 6 for Xbox Series consoles. This could be either an error in the database or evidence of a re-release being prepared for current-generation consoles.

The updated version, like the original, received an M rating (17+). At the same time, the genre of the project was previously listed as a “third-person shooter”, but in the new version it has changed to survival horror.

The initial release of Resident Evil 6 took place in 2012 on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. The project was received coolly: players scolded it for being excessive, relying heavily on action and being too absurd.
