Resident Evil 2 remake released on iOS and macOS

Capcom has released a remake of Resident Evil 2 on Apple platforms — the horror is available on the iPhone 15 Pro, the entire iPhone 16 line, as well as on iPad and Mac with M1 chip and newer. In honor of the release, the game is discounted by 75% — the promotion is valid until January 8.

As with other projects by the publisher, a demo version of about 10 gigabytes is available for the game. The full version will take up about 25 gigabytes, depending on the device.

Capcom is also planning to release a remake of Resident Evil 3 on Apple devices: the release date of this port will be revealed later.
