Quite a Ride horror announced by the creators of Selfloss

Goodwin Games (the studio behind Selfloss) has unveiled their new project — a survival horror title Quite a Ride, set to release this year.

The protagonist, after visiting a friend, finds himself in an anomalous zone. To survive, he must keep moving on his bicycle, avoiding strange creatures. The game focuses on environmental exploration: each location — whether a laboratory or an abandoned building — can shed light on the unfolding events.

One of the key items will be the hero’s smartphone. Messages received on it may either help the player or lead them into a trap. Keeping the device charged is crucial, as the phone is needed to solve puzzles and progress through the story. However, it can only be recharged while moving.

The developers also promise a global progression system: through collective efforts, players will unlock new locations, characters, and even quests.
