PS Store now lets you split payments for games — only in Brazil for now

A new option has appeared in the Brazilian PS Store — now players can buy games in installments, splitting the payment into two, three, or four parts. This way, you can buy almost any digital product in the store.

The option applies to games and in-game purchases, but does not affect the PS Plus subscription. Interest is not charged on installments — users only pay the amount of the product.

Sony has not yet commented on the availability of installments in all countries — perhaps the company plans to launch the option in a limited number of regions.
