People Can Fly is developing a prototype project based on one of Sony’s IPs

People Can Fly has signed a contract with Sony to develop a prototype based on one of the company’s franchises — the title has received the working title Project Delta.

According to the contract, People Can Fly will develop the prototype for a fixed fee — all rights to the game will remain with Sony. Specific details about the title are not disclosed, but given the studio’s extensive expertise in shooters, the unnamed IP may be Killzone or Resistance series.

In addition to developing the title for Sony, People Can Fly is currently helping with the development of the shooter Gears of War: E-Day from The Coalition.
