Mass Effect Writer’s Studio Suspends Work — Worlds Untold is Looking for New Partners
Worlds Untold, a studio run by Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 writer Mac Walters, has suspended its work. The company announced that it was looking for new partners, which may indicate problems with investments.
Worlds Untold opened in November last year. It included industry veterans who worked on Dragon Age, The Sims and Halo. The studio was working on a third-person action adventure that has not yet been officially presented. The company’s official partner was the NetEase Games holding company — perhaps there have been changes in their cooperation now.
Earlier, it was reported that the Humanoid Origin studio was closed — it was led by Casey Hudson, one of the creators of the original Mass Effect.
