Capcom announces Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster

Capcom has released a teaser for the remaster of the Dead Rising: the cult zombie action will receive updated graphics and will be released on modern platforms (the list is not disclosed, but it is likely PC, PS5 and Xbox Series).

Despite the fact that the publisher itself considers the game a remaster, the project can be considered a full-fledged technical remake: the developers reassembled the action using new technologies. This is indirectly indicated by the naming: the updated version will be released with the name Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster.

The original Dead Rising was released exclusively on Xbox 360. Capcom has already released a remaster of the project — it was released in 2016 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
