All employees of Annapurna Interactive leaved a company

Jason Schreier described the situation with Annapurna Interactive on his Twitter: according to the journalist, the entire team (25 people worked for the company) quit. Former employees later confirmed the dismissal.

The resignation of the employees was caused by unsuccessful negotiations with Annapurna Pictures — the media company wanted to integrate games into its main business, while Annapurna Interactive wanted to remain a separate division, probably fearing for the freedom of decisions within the publishing house.

The head of Annapurna Pictures Megan Ellison assured that all deals with Annapurna Interactive partners will be preserved, and all the departed employees will be replaced.
